RESIDENTIAL MANAGEMENT is Hiring a Leasing Professional Near Tampa, FL
- Leasing tasks include showing apartments, qualifying applicants, screening application paperwork, follow up with all phone calls, emails and leads, prepare leases and renewal paperwork and more.
- Accept rental payments
- Walk apartments prior to move-in
- Update resident software with traffic details daily
- Assist residents with work order requests and/or concerns
- Maintain accurate monthly commission sheets on leases, renewals and delinquencies for bonus purposes.
- Assume community managers' duties/authority in absence of immediate supervisor in accordance with company guidelines.
- Provide general clerical assistance to community office
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
